Our Leadership

Johnny is a native of Missouri City, Texas.  After graduation, he moved to New York and attended the United States Military Academy at West Point.  He honorably served as an Army officer in our Armed Forces for 9 years.  As a veteran, he later transitioned to the construction industry with management experience in residential, commercial and industrial facilities.  With service in mind, he founded J Parle Construction to assist customers in building and maintaining their facilities as well as their most prized investment, their home.  J Parle Construction is committed to providing the best quality and services to our current and future clients.
